Laundry

My family of five returned from a week's vacation, which means we have many happy memories, new bruises and scrapes for the children, and about 3000 dirty items of clothing! This is not something I was happy about! I had 15, YES 15, loads of laundry to do. It took me three days to carry the baskets down to the basement, wash the clothing (well, the washing machine does all the work), dry the clothing (again, the machine), fold the clothing, carry the baskets up to the second floor and then put the clothing away. Laundry is such an unappealing chore! Note: now I am back to regular loads of laundry this Monday morning!
