My son started reading the Wimpy Kid books in second grade. He checked out the book from his school library and was instantly hooked. It was the first time I heard him laughing while reading a book. Whena Wimpy Kid book comes out, he pretty much devours it as soon as we purchase it. The Third Wheel was no different.

This past week we had the opportunity to meet the author Jeff Kinney and have our collection of Wimpy Kid books signed. My children had fun watching him sign loads and loads of books and asking him some questions. My son had finished Diary of a Wimpy Kid The Third Wheel before we even made it home from the bookstore!
